Mid-air Collision 7/8 January 1945

Last night marked the 75th anniversary of the loss of a 103 Squadron Lancaster in a mid-air collision, with a total loss of life. Also flying that night was a 460 (RAAF) Lancaster rear gunner, the late Dave Fellowes, whose aircraft was involved in the collision. I count Dave as a good friend and I had the pleasure of recording a video interview with him in which he recounts this episode.
